Ora Aroha is a hauora space grounded in mātauranga Māori and neuro-inclusive wellbeing.
We bring together mirimiri, rongoā Māori, holistic skincare, and mindful education to support healing on every level - tinana, hinengaro, wairua, and whānau.
Our kaupapa is simple: to help people return to balance, connection, and clarity. Welcoming people of all cultures into a safe space where wellbeing is understood as connection, growth and belonging.
We weave together the wisdom of Te Whare Tapa Whā, Te Wheke, Rongoā Māori, and the Maramataka to create care that honours both modern science and ancestral knowing.
Every session is guided by kōrero, intuition, and deep listening - meeting you exactly where you are.
