Treatments

What is mirimiri and how is it different from regular massage?

Mirimiri is a traditional Māori healing practice that works gently with the body, mind, and spirit. It is less about deep pressure and more about restoring flow, releasing tension, and supporting holistic balance.

What can I expect in a Mirimiri Wairoa Rebalance Massage?

This treatment weaves grounding touch with intuitive techniques to release tension and restore balance. It is deeply calming and supportive for body, mind, and wairua.

Are your treatments trauma-aware?

Yes. Every service is guided by a trauma-aware approach, ensuring clients feel safe, respected, and supported at all times.

How should I prepare for my session?

Wear comfortable clothing and arrive a few minutes early to settle. No special preparation is needed — simply come with an open mind and allow yourself to rest.

Do you offer gift vouchers for treatments?

Yes. Gift vouchers can be purchased online and used towards any of our services.

Can I book if I’ve never had mirimiri or rongoā kōrero before?

Absolutely. All treatments and kōrero are tailored to meet you where you are, whether this is your first session or part of an ongoing journey.
